I have a under skin rash mainly on my back, wast and hips. I can sometimes feel small pimples. I have tried various creams and from my doctors too but with little relief, a steroid cream that seems to help but I am told I should not use this often. I am coming up to 80 so I don't expect my skin to be in the best condition. I have taken to not using any soaps when I shower and find the best relief is to use a brush but this relief only lasts about 4/5 hours. I have to avoid getting hot particularly at night.
