We require a plumber to fix a broken pipe in a toilet, to connect the safety pipe inside the boiler properly (the installer didn't do it and we had a leak, but the boiler repairman couldn't do anything about it because it's not a parts problem, but an installation problem). We seem to have several other plumbing related problems, like sometimes we get hot water in the cold water taps and we can't work out how the heating system works. After the above jobs, which need doing urgently, we'd like help to try and get these other things sorted, which will probably require a fault finding job, but also a good explanation of how things work.
