I need to complete the import of a private used car, bought from a private individual in jersey. Currently on Jersey plates, I am unable to complete NOVA due to not having a customs import number. I've spoken several times to HMRC and am confused. Can anyone help me complete the process for me to be able to NOVA and advise DVLA? I just need a customs import number I think
