i lived in my house for 40+years, worked all my life, retired to a caravan 16 month ago, recently had decking and turf in my small back garden before I left, I then rented it out, the tennents wrecked and smashed house in really bad condition but the big problem is they had dogs and I found it full dog poo n black bags dirty nappies all over garden, its health hazard n needs doing asap thankyou
