We are a property company owning a parade of shops in Carterton. Two large vacant units on the first floor of the property require conversion from office space into residential units to form (subject to building regs and planning) a single 2 bedroom and a single 3 bedroom flat. The work will require the construction of partitioning within each unit, the installation of new windows in the front elevation. New kitchens and bathrooms will also be required. The work will also require new electrical and plumbing installations including a new internal soil stack to each unit terminating in existing underground drainage. We are seeking a contractor who can manage the entire works.
