Closed Car bumper repair

I need the rear bumper repairing on a BMW 1 series. The damage was caused when the car was reversed into a pole. There is a definite impact mark where the pole hit and there is a small crumpled(?) section at the top edge of the damage.......Probably about 50mm x 50mm.
