An unusual request but I am making a prize for The Swindon Music Festival from three lead organ pipes! Before I mount them onto a base plinth it occurred to me that it would be easier to engrave/etch the longest with a single line inscription to read: 'Swindon Music Festival / Roger S Mant / Church Organ Trophy' It would be more fun to have it in three parts, one on each pipe but there would obviously be a cost implication to do it on three. I had envisaged the text to be about a centimeter high but the pipe diameters may affect this, the largest being approx 4cm. The gauge is only about a mm thick and being lead, very malleable. Is this a project you could undertake within a four week timescale and what costs would you estimate? Many thanks,
