I have had Hashimoto's for 24 years. Recently I have had really bad symptoms. My only meds have been T4 Levo which doesn't work for me. My GP says I have normal results on blood test, and refuses to give me a prescription for ARmour Thyroid or similar. Seems my body won't convert T4 to T3. I would like to know if you can offer that prescription, as I think the T3 is no working. Tired most of time. Hair thinning, eyebrows disappearing, dry everywhere and sight loss. IN addition I seem to have developed many MS symptoms. The NHS neurologist agrees I have just about all the symptoms, but he declines to give me the diagnosis because he feels I could get better in time. My movement, balance and energy are poor, and I have lost balance and communication from brain to hands (confirmed by neurophsyio tests). Also confirmed there is no nerve action going to bowel so I am incontinent in that way. Additionally, I probably have weak or adrenal fatigue. Lots of eye problems, blepharospasm along with facial , facial, jaw and esophagus spasms. I would love to get some help.
