I've had a leak from an upstairs shower which has damaged the kitchen ceiling. I can't afford the excess and contribution on the claim so the insurance company are offering me a cash settlement. They've sent me a form for the list of works which are required to be done and I need it completed and sent back to them asap otherwise they're going to close my case file. I can forward the form on to anybody who is genuinely interested in giving me a quote.
