looking for homeopathic remedy for effects of menopause.. I was working abroad and took homeopathic medicines then. I returned to work in the UK last Summer and did not carry on with remedies. However I feel that I need to take something again as some of the symptoms have returned, but not as bad. I don't know what I have taken previously ... I am 54 yrs old and have been going through the menopause for approx. 4 years. For the first 2 years I was on medication from my GP (HRT) but found it was ineffective....
