I am looking for a solicitor to advise on a business I am looking to buy. The business is one making hand made gift items which sell on a well known selling site. It has a turnover below the VAT threshold so the investment is not huge, but I would like to know what the steps should be to move forward with this and get a quote for fees. Thanks,
