Regarding an ex partner, over three years of emotional abuse. Access for our 5 yr old son has always been given. Now is set following a family court. Ex partner continues his controlling behaviour, he is very manipulative. He is very hostile towards myself. It's causing me to loose my confidence, i stay locked in my house away from the outside because i feel safe. He will never give up. He continues this nonsense. I'm also worried of the effect this will have on our son. I comfort eat. I drink more alcohol than my normal. I just need some advice on what can be done to stop this. Please can someone help.
