Closed Dog Training at home

Have a male puppy that I would like to train. I am disabled. I have a 'walker' in home but don't walk outside of home so, therefore, cannot do 'Walkies' but have a garden where he seems happy to have a little run. He is a small cross between Bischon & Shitzu. He is about 9 weeks old so no rush immediately. I would like him to come when called, sit, stay to start with.
