Domestic violence or violence without injury. I was driving with my Mrs 0n 15 Dec 2016 from work to home at 9.20 pm . The car behind me started flashing lights, we stop on the pavement alone Langley road . An Asian lady and Asian men came out from the car . We also came out , she started accusing me of beating my Mrs in the car . We explained to her that I was putting my hands on her . She started using abusive language and threatened that she has a sister in slough police station and get me arrested. While we came to sit in our car , she came and slapped me with nose bleed and watering eyes . We got home and at about 10.30 , police came to arrest me . While my Mrs were in kichen prepareing food for me on the gas , her chics were red . That is normal with her when heating is on or while she is cooking. Because of her red chics , I was arrested. The most important factor in this case , that police never called her inn for statements but on 11 January 2017 , an police officers came to remind me to report to Maidenhead police station on 12 January 2017 . We questioned her why police has not taken my Mrs statement? The answer we got that my Mrs has denied to give statement which is not the truth. Again we got a call from male officer at 19.15 saying the same thing. I took her to police station but they were not very coperative. My case is on 26 January 2017 at magistrates court in slough.
