I need a payroll service. I am going to employ a full time, live in carer on behalf of my elderly mother. Have found someone but am not sure how to go about the tax, NI deductions and pension provision. My mother is the employer but i have lasting power of attorney on all her financial decisions as she has dementia. How do i stand with HMRC ? Thanks,
