I suffer from health anxiety which has gotten worse since I became pregnant with my second child, I have chest pain and palpitations everyday which lead to panic attacks most days, I've had tests done on my heart and so far all clear the doctor insists it's my anxiety, I have been told from a friend hypnotherapy may help.
