I have sash sliding wood windows that do not open, some of the wood is rotten on some of them and need replacing. The rotten wood is part of the frame attached to the window sill. Therefore I should like some of the bedroom windows to be opened that have been painted in and the sill part under the sash window to be removed and replaced with new wood.
