l'm looking for sheltered housing that is suitable for a 90 year old lady who is in good health, but with mobility problems. She uses a walking stick or a three wheel walking aid. I am looking for somewhere that would have live in warden and social activities to join in with and make new friends. This could be for spring 2017. I am looking at primarily Chard, but would consider Ilminster and Martock. She is a home owner who would be selling her property to then look to rent
