Surface water drain blocked at private house. Have tried rodding and found hard resistance after around 3.5m - assuming rods are not flexible enough to negotiate junctio. Have checked drain covers and found to be clear and running - eliminating foul drains being blocket. Flexible jetting hose probably required.
