Closed replacement and relocation of the Optima G3alarm control box in my house

I have recently moved into a 1930's three bed semi-detached house and I will soon be having extensive renovation done to it. I need a modern controller to replace the current Optima G3 box and two of the downstairs movement detectors will need to be rewired, repositioned and possibly replaced.
