hi i have lower back chrinic pain that has been ongoing for 9 yrs. they say niw its my muscles that are very tight hence the restriction in movemrnt and constant pain.Waking up in the mirning is very paibful as its stiff akso on my hips.I have parkinsons too which contributes to the pain. i was wlnsering about either massage or acupuncture and how much it would cost
