My wife has a Burberry watch which is 10 years old. It started losing time so we had a new battery fitted about 6 weeks ago but it still lost time. We took it back to the jewellers who tested the battery and said is was ok. When he gave it back it had stopped working all together. We understand that Burberry has since been taken over by Fossil. Would you be able to give an estimate to repair? or would it be better to write it off? It does have sentimental value so would prefer to get it repaired if possible providing cost is not too prohibitive.
