Closed Window Sill Replacement

My property is a semi-detached 1930's build. The original concrete sills at the bottom front of the house were damaged when double glazing was fitted approximately 15 years ago, although these were repaired they subsequently cracked and deteriorated to such an extent that they had to be replaced approximately 6 years ago. Unfortunately the recommendation at that time was to replace with wooden sills, which have also now started to deteriorate and are rotting. I would now like this sill to be fully restored with material which will endure all weather - preferably with material sympathetic to the date and style of the house.
