I have seperated from my long term partner about 1 year ago. I moved out of the property we both have a joint mortgage on. I have been living in rented accomodation but continued to pay half the mortgage. I would like to get some money from the house so that I can move on. Want to know what my options are and start taking the neccessary steps to move on.
