We are moving to Ightfield in 10 days’ time and will need the services of a good joiner as soon as possible after moving in. The property is a modern bungalow so nothing drastic. The jobs we have identified so far are (in order of priority) 1. Install shelving in a walk in kitchen cupboard to make into a larder. 2. Install a loft ladder. 3. Build a false floor for storage use in garage (floor area will be 6x3 metres covering half the double garage area) with plenty of height. 4. Alter the kitchen units to accommodate a double oven and convert old built under oven space to storage. I hope all this makes sense. I realise you cannot quote based on the above but a crude estimation would help in my planning. The main issue could be your availability hence this email. I look forward to hearing from you. Regards
