Closed Drain & Sewer Clearance

The outside drain from the Kitchen is blocked although the level does go down very slowly, I did discover large lumps of solid matter (poss fat deposits) which I removed. I then poured down a shop bought chemical fix, (ONE SHOT) but that does not have appeared to have worked
