Closed tv repair

I have a Toshiba 22BV501B LCD TV. I was watching amazon prime via HDMI from my laptop, when lower half of screen developed vertical lines across it. Top half is normal picture. Need repair please.
- 9 years ago The TV has not been moved or knocked, and the screen is untouched. See pictures for fault that developed.
TV operates normally via remot or buttons. Just the picture fault.
