Closed Diesel engine repair (Vauxhall 1.3cdti)

Vauxhall Combo van 1.3cdti has blown two coolant hoses over the last 5/6 weeks, and now it won't start or even turn over. Possible blown CHG. Need engine repaired quickly as I'm self-employed and the van is my livelihood.
