To paint the front of 37 Senhouse Street, Maryport. To include the removal of the gloss paint on the upper floor windows sandstone reveals and applying new permeable paint to these. A scaffold will be available for easy access to the front of the building. Painting to commence after new upper floor Windows are installed and new render is applied to the front elevation up to ground floor window height. Colour to be agreed prior to commencement. Approximate start date would be early October 2016
