My 10 year old son had a few verruca's on his heel from swimming over a year ago and I used a shop purchased freeze kit. The skin went white on his heal and slightly raised and rough at the time. He has just started to complain that his heel is sore and cannot place it down some times. He has been doing a large amount of sports over the summer holidays and this appears to have aggravated the skin on that heel.
