Supply fabric and make full length lined skirt with top layer in chiffon. Either very dark navy or black. Deep waistband, possibly in satin. Suggest 6 panels. I'm 5'6" tall, M & S size 10. I have a calf length one which is lovely (could be used as an exemplar) and now want a floor length one as well.
