I have been asked by my brothers solicitor to get a human rights solicitor he is in Haverigg prison for breaching a restraining order, the prison service will not give him any correspondance ,photo's etc off his family this has went on for at least 6 months,we have spoke to the social services,foster services and probation services,they do not know why this is happening they have nothing on record.He is being psycologically harmed because of this and he is becoming a concern for his family,he only has contact with his mother,his son brieflly spoke to him over the phone while he was talking to his mother.The prison services have charged him because of this.no-one knows what legislation they are working off or orders in place.
