I wonder if you can help me? My grandfather who currently lives in Kent is about to be made homeless following a divorce. he has no friends or family in Kent therefore he wants to move near to Basildon to be with family. He is retired therefore does not have a regular income and only his pension. Please could you tell me if you are able to help? Many thanks for taking the time to read my message and any help or information you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
