We have a cocker spaniel in desperate need of a good groom, clip and her claws clipped, she is a working dog therefore needs someone to get the mass out of her floppy ears, there appears to be a few matted balls of hair in her ears that I can't get. She is quite timid and I would like her experience to be one of a happy experience
