My mother who is 67 suffers from Parkinson and has regular falls. She also has a few bladder/bowel issues which are currently being investigated. At present she lives alone and we have carers visiting every day. She is very lonely as we as a family are unable to visit every day which is what she wants us to do. Additionally she is scared on her own. She has recently expressed an interest in finding a solution to her issues and suggested a home may well be a viable solution. She is very insular and doesn't leave the house unless she has doctors/hospital appointments. It would be good for her to interact with people.
