Large gap between top front two teeth, these teeth have splayed outwards over years and protrude to a degree. I would like either a retainer to pull these teeth back or removal of 3 or possibly 4 teeth top front and replaced dentures or implants. These 4 teeth are quite large but no fillings. Thank you.
