I have a cellar which is pretty dry and has been plastered in what I think is lime plaster and painted.The stuff is coming off and it is flaking on the floor.I use the cellar for storage and a chest freezer so this is not ideal.The cellar is quite small under a one up one down terrace and it is very tidy.Am a prompt payer.Many thanks.
