Have pain in right leg behind knee, at front of knee, at side of knee (fibula head) and behind achilles and up back of calf. Gp referred me for x-ray and no arthritis or bone damage but said it's probable cartilage, however have had some Sciatica too, painkillers and ibuprofen aren't helping with pain and I'm in discomfort also when sit for period of time I get pins j needles in sole of foot too, please help! Any advice would be most welcome.
