Have mild wear and tear in mid back. Have had flare ups over the years where disc pinches and sets a muscle spasm across back. Usually last around 3 weeks with the help of physiotherapy. However this has lasted around 3 months and have tried physiotherapy and bowen therapy and haven't responded enough. I am able to move around enough to keep in work and short walks with the help of pain killers.
