Closed Sheet Metal Work / patio heater reflector reinforced to fix back onto fixings

A heat reflector has come off the top of a patio heater, ripping open the sheet so that the bolts are'nt able to hold the reflector into the fixings.... I'm not a sheet metal worker, but i would think patching up the rips leaving holes for the bolts to go through would all that is needed... A pressed replicar reflector / about 30" diameter / knocked into a conical shape to reflect the heat down would also do
