Hi need to lose weight diets dont seem to work for me end up putting weight on i have been attending slimming world and weigh more now than i did when i started. I have heard that you can do hypnosis to make you believe you have a gastric band to help you. My dad suffered from heart related illnessess and i want to do something to help my self for health reasons. I need to lose about seven stone if not more to be and feel comfortable.
