I would like to ask you for a quote for the services you can offer as a building surveyor for a property under purchase. Our solicitor has already done the legal searches for water, energy, environment and building plan. We now need a comprehensive purchase survey of the property and, if possible, the electrical wiring system and appliances in the kitchen to be tested for correct functioning. Is your company providing these services? If so, could you please send me a quote with the costs breakdown? We need this survey to be carried out as soon as possible, ideally this week or the following one the latest. The property is a small 2 bed 1st floor maisonette. Thank you.
