The asbestos is situated on an external wall of a garage.The garage is the lower section of an annexe and is easily accessed.The top of the annexe is a dormer[ solid - with slanting roof.The garage previously had an oil boiler - now cleared but the 5 sections of piping [ external run from half way up to the roof 5/6 sections with a curve/bend at the top.They are attached to the outer wall by [ metal] cylindrical ties.The cylinder rise to just above the roof.Work required : removal of all sections of piping & safe transportation to a suitable disposal site.There is no damage to piping - all sections intact.At the small curve at the top there appears an access point - for cleaning?????
