Have a laptop & notebook. Both a few years old. Have just had internet put in at home & can't get either to work. The laptop is just so slow that it won't do anything & the notebook is quite quick,but says it's connected to Wi-Fi, but Google won't work ( notebook is windows xp). Both need updating & the laptop may need restoring to factory settings.
