I have a high back 3-seater leather sofa. All cushions are fixed and there are fixed cushion "overlays" on the arms. The 2 end seats both sag to such an extent that extra cushions are being used to 'raise' the seat level. I am looking for quotes to A) repair the sagging seats and B) quotes to replace the leather covering with either woven fabric or chenille type fabric. I'd also like to know how long both would take and if any of the work could be carried out in my home.
