Closed pinguecula's

Hi I have 3 pinguecula's, 2 in the right eye and one in the left and I have been treating them over the years with moisturising eye drops. They have grown somewhat and are becoming more and more irritating and sore which is hard for me as my job requires a lot of driving and computer intensive work. They also give me very blood shot eyes and the yellowing of the pinguecula's is really bothering me and it's causing me much depression. I would like them to be removed can you please advise. Thanks
