A charitable Trust within Lanarkshire is requiring quotes for 2 interrelated pieces of work. 1.) A valuation on a brown field commercial site. The site extends to .207 Hectares, was a former garage and has buildings and a shed on the site. A desk based survey of environmental issues has been undertaken along with a site assessment including condition of the buildings a valuation would require to consider the existing information and future plans. 2.) The Trust would require an estimate of the market rental rate for both a shed and office space on the site. Sizes and initial designs are available. A quote is required as soon as possible to meet funding requirements.
