Drawings, planning permission & building warrants to knock doors out from dining kitchen window into communal garden in ground floor traditional Marchmont tenement flat. Also move plumbing in kitchen. Potentially add a 2nd toilet / plumbing in large hall cupboard. Flat has not had any works done for about 50 years and is getting a total overhaul. Conservation area. Keen to do work sooner rather than later. Thanks
