I would like three rooms skimmed on walls only as old emulsion not flat enough for painting - quote to cover pva, skimming and plaster rooms are as follows 3.7 X 4.2, 4 x 2.8 and 3 X 3.8. rooms are empty
- 10 years ago Walls have been stripped and I also need to know how long job will take please
