I have inflammatory tendonitis of my left Achilles tendon. The swelling is obvious and it is painful on compression. I cannot walk quickly or long distances. I have self-medicated with NSAI via oral and topical to little effect. I am 6f1 and 17sts + This has lasted approximately three to 4 weeks and onset took 3-4 day
